Warranty Coverage
Mousetrap Campers LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that the Mousetrap Camper (hereinafter referred to as "the Camper") is free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
In-House Repairs
All warranty repairs and replacements must be performed in-house at a Mousetrap Campers facility. The Company will not cover any repairs or replacements conducted outside of its authorized facilities.
Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to transport the Camper to a Mousetrap Campers facility for any and all warranty repairs. The Company will not be liable for any costs associated with transportation.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. The Company reserves the right to inspect the Camper to determine the validity of the claim.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Camper, and in no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
